British American Tobacco (BAT) in South Africa is a manufacturer of tobacco and related products. It required a new contract management solution after a failed deployment of another system.

• The deployment included the drafting automation and lifecycle management of all of BAT’s core company precedents, including compliance packs and reporting.
• Our legal and implementation team analysed and uploaded hundreds of historical client contracts that had been improperly managed under the previous system, whilst simultaneously capturing critical reporting and business data in relation to each contract.
