Old Mutual Insure, a short term insurance provider, required a new legal drafting and contract storage platform to assist the company in managing contractual risk.
Solution
- A broad-based implementation covering the company’s key departments and regional offices.
- In addition to insurance agreements (intermediary, binder, administration and outsource agreements), the company’s procurement, marketing, human resources, supply and service provider and property agreements are automated and integrated for contract lifecycle management.
- Contracting with large service provider networks is managed through email distribution of embedded drafting interviews completing via a secure online interview and electronic signature process, with the resultant contracts stored and managed through the system console.
